Nearly 5 years ago, Interboro decided on the name “Interboro.” Why? Mostly because it was very generic, very annonymous, but in a very interesting way. In New York City, it’s ubiquitous, attaching itself to everything from Funeral Homes to Petroleum tankers. Outside New York, though, “Interboro” sounds unfamiliar and somewhat strange. Anyway, Interboro likes it’s name (so be it if Interboro is remembered as an interestingly generic company). Recently, Interboro went searching for its namesake. Have a look at the interestingly generic results.
