Last night was The Metropolitan Exchange’s (MEx) second “Dinner Exchange.”
For those who are unfamiliar:
Part salon, part think-tank, and part fundraiser, the Dinner Exchange is a series of suppers hosted by the Metropolitan Exchange. Prepared by guest chefs using sustainable ingredients, and served in our Downtown Brooklyn loft, the Dinner Exchange convenes a community of people interested in the politics and pleasures of urbanism, architecture, design and food.
Last night’s edition included a four course meal, prepared with sustainable ingredients (wine included!) by GradyWood. It was awesome! Thanks to all who came. You can view pictures of the event here.
