The purpose of this study was to examine a 40-acre site in Raleigh, NC, and assess opportunities for future development. Included in the Feasibility Study excerpted here in the “Project Tour” is a property summary, basic demographic information, a preliminary market analysis, a basic site analysis, a zoning review, a yield plan, development scenarios, and a pro forma.
