Phase two of Holding Pattern continues! Last Sunday, the 60 red oaks and 24 purple leaf plums were released from their holding pattern in the MoMA PS1 courtyard, and began their journey to their future homes around the borough.
None of this would be possible without the amazing New York Restoration Project, who donated the 60 red oaks as well as the labor required to plant them.
To your right you will see the first two recipients of trees: Variety Boys & Girls Club of Queens and Teamsters Local 808. Patrons of MoMA PS might recognize the later: it is right across the street from MoMA PS1!
